Passport services
We offer passport services in Australia through the Australian Passports Office. We deliver passport services overseas through our embassies, high commissions and consulates.
Consular emergency support and crisis response
We provide urgent support for Australians overseas. We deliver this service though our embassies, high commissions and consulates.
We also support Australians through our 24-hour Consular Emergency Centre in Canberra.
In some situations, we initiate a crisis response. This is usually when a crisis affects many Australians in a destination.
