Canada-Australia Consular Services Sharing Agreement

Under the terms of the Canada-Australia Consular Services Sharing Agreement (CACSSA), Australia and Canada provide a range of consular services on behalf of each other in select locations. Services may vary depending on the location and the agreement between the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) in relation to the location.

Part 1 details countries where Canada has agreed to provide consular support to Australian citizens. Note that the listed supervising mission is the Australian mission responsible for working with the identified Canadian mission to ensure the provision of consular services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Part 2 lists locations where Australia provides services to Canadian citizens. Note that the listed supervising mission is the Canadian mission responsible for working with the identified Australian mission to ensure the provision of consular services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
