Each year, DFAT partners with the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) to commission research into Australians’ sentiment around travel, travel insurance and Smartraveller. ICA is the representative body of the general insurance industry in Australia.  We include the key insights gained from the survey in the Consular State of Play.
